How To Opt In And Earn Sweepstakes Entries
If you want a shot at winning BetMGM's sweepstakes, the first thing you need to do is sign up and verify your account. If you're already a member, simply log in and head to the Promotions tab. Find the "Legendary Football Weekend In Vegas" promo, click it, and press the Opt In button.
Once opted in, you can automatically collect entries when you bet in BetMGM's sportsbook. Every dollar you bet gets you closer to the maximum 25 entries. You earn entries based on your total cumulative wagers during the promotional period in the following way:
- $10 Wagered: 1 Entry
- $20 Wagered: 2 Entries
- $50 Wagered: 5 Entries
- $100 Wagered: 10 Entries
- $250 Wagered: 25 Entries (Maximum limit)
This means that you have to wager at least $10 to be in the running for the sweepstakes, provided that you don't claim any email entries. Don't forget that all qualifying wagers must be settled and have minimum odds of -200.
How To Earn Free Entries By Email
For active BetMGM users, the easiest way to earn entries is to place bets in the sportsbook. But since this is a sweepstakes, there has to be a way to participate and win without spending any money. You can earn free entries for the Legendary Football Weekend by sending emails to BetMGM, up to a maximum of 25 entries.
Pay close attention, this Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) has to be followed to the letter in order to get your free entries:

- The email needs to contain all of the following information:

Each separate email received counts as one entry. You must send 25 separate emails following the exact same format to receive the maximum amount of free entries. Maximum 25 entries per participant across the entire promotional period, regardless of whether you enter via wagers, email, or a mix of both.
All email entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on August 16, 2026.
To avoid disqualification, make sure you follow the sweepstakes rules exactly. Attempting to gain more than 25 total entries using multiple accounts, fake identities, or multiple logins will void all of that participant's entries. Multiple participants are not permitted to share a sportsbook account or email address. Using automated systems to receive email entries, such as scripts, bots or macros, is strictly prohibited and will also void all entries.
Promo Eligible States & Age Requirements
In order to opt in for the Legendary Football Weekend Sweepstakes, players need to be verified account-holders with BetMGM Sportsbook, at least 21 years of age, and physically located in a legal state. Because the Grand Prize involves a Las Vegas casino resort, there are no 18+ exceptions. All entrants and their travel guests must be 21 or older.

Due to state sweepstakes regulations, legal residents of Florida and New York are unfortunately prohibited from entering this promotion, regardless of the entry method used.
