What is the BetMGM Baseball Bet Fest?
If you're a baseball fan, the Baseball Bet Fest is your chance to turn your passion into prizes. In April, BetMGM Sportsbook invites players to turn their MLB bets into leaderboard points, climb the ranks, and win their share of a $100,000 prize pool in Bonus Bets. The grand prize? $25,000 in Bonus Bets.
Place real-money MLB wagers of $10 or more at +100 odds or higher to earn points for every winning bet. The higher the odds, the more points you earn, giving every big hit a bigger impact on your leaderboard ranking.

Prizes and Leaderboard
As the Baseball Bet Fest promotional period ends, the top 50 players of the leaderboard are awarded bonus bets based on their ranking. A total of $100,000 in bonus bets will be given out, with a grand prize of an impressive $25,000 to the first place.
- 1st Place: Grand Prize of $25,000 in Bonus Bets
- 2nd Place: $10,000 in Bonus Bets
- 3rd - 5th Place: $5,000 in Bonus Bets
- 6th - 10th Place: $2,000 in Bonus Bets
- 11th - 50th Place: $1,000 in Bonus Bets
Bonus bets are non-withdrawable bet credits that players can use to place wagers without using cash funds. Bonus bets can only be used once. The value of the bonus bet is subtracted from potential winnings. Funds that are won using bonus bets are real withdrawable cash. BetMGM requires players to use bonus bets within 7 days of being credited, or they are forfeit.

How to Earn Points
This is a leaderboard competition in which players compete against each other to climb to the highest place. Leaderboard points are based on the minimum odds of placed bets, and are awarded to winning bets as follows:
- +100 to +199 gives 1 Point
- +200 to +299 gives 2 Points
- +300 to +399 gives 5 Points
- +400 to +499 gives 8 Points
- +500 to +999 gives 10 Points
- +1000 to +1999 gives 25 Points
- +2000 or greater gives 50 Points
The BetMGM leaderboard is updated once per day.
Eligible Bets
- Any MLB games are eligible for the promotion.
- Every type of bet, including Straight, Parlay and SGP are eligible.
- Bets must have a minimum stake of $10.
- Bets must have minimum odds of +100.
How to Opt In
- Visit the BetMGM Sportsbook and become a member.
- Make sure your account is verified.
- Log on to your BetMGM account through the app or desktop.
- Visit the Promotions tab, find the Bet Fest promo and opt in.
- Place eligible bets on MLB games to earn points.

Eligibility - Who Can Enter?
To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and located in a state or jurisdiction in which the BetMGM offers online sports wagering services (except Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and Puerto Rico), not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in BetMGM's Terms of Service).
Only existing customers at the BetMGM sportsbook can opt in to the Baseball Bet Fest. Non-members can sign up, verify their account and opt in under the Promotions tab. Once opted in, leaderboard points are earned by placing qualifying wagers on eligible MLB games.
The BetMGM Baseball Bet Fest promotion is available in the following states:

- Existing BetMGM Sports account (“Account”) holders.
- To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and located in a state or jurisdiction in which the Sponsor offers online sports wagering services (except Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and Puerto Rico), not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service) (“Participant”).
- This “Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from between 12:00 AM EST, April 13th, 2026 - 11:59 PM EST, April 26th, 2026, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened after the Promotional Period will not qualify for this Promotion.
- All bets must be settled to be counted towards the leaderboard. Only winning wagers will earn Leaderboard Points. Cumulative wagers equal to the minimum qualifying wager amount are not considered.
- Sign in to your BetMGM Sports account during the Promotional Period.
- In the Promotions tab, opt in to the Promotion prior to placing a Qualifying Wager.
- Once opted in, earn Leaderboard Points placing a Qualifying Wager on any MLB Games (“Eligible Games”).
