For OKC, this is unfamiliar territory. The defending champs swept the Suns and Lakers and entered as -260 series favorites. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander got his second straight MVP trophy in a pregame ceremony, then shot 7-of-23 on the night. Jalen Williams looked sharp in his return from a hamstring injury (26 points), but it wasn't enough.

The Spurs have now beaten OKC in five of six meetings this season, and Wemby continues to wreck the Thunder's offensive identity by walling off the paint. With Fox still questionable for Game 2, San Antonio leans on Harper and Castle again. The Thunder, meanwhile, are back home - they've lost just twice at Paycom Center over the past two postseasons. A 2-0 hole would be devastating, and they know it.
